Kaari information desk is located at Prisma information desk. There you can inquire about lost property, provide feedback and get information about shops, services and opening hours.

Lost your gloves or misplaced your umbrella? No worries. Lost property is kept for one week and can be enquired about:

Kaaren Konttori is a free remote work space available to everyone, located on the 3rd floor. Feel free to work, study or read here.

Kaaren Konttori is open on Mon-Fri 7-21, Sat 7-19, Sun 7-18.

1st floor restrooms are located near Prisma’s main entrance and Kaari’s main entrance, as well as in the Kaaren Kulma restaurant area.

2nd floor restrooms are located next to Stadium, Lindex, and Clas Ohlson.

Restrooms are accessible, except for the facilities located next to Clas Ohlson.

Free wifi is available in all public areas.

Lighten your load and leave belongings in storage lockers while shopping. Free storage lockers for short-term usage are located near the main entrance of Prisma, at the end of the corridor opposite Prisma’s flower shop.

Withdraw cash

Otto cash machines are located outside Kaari’s main entrance, next to the Prisma information desk, and under the escalators in the centre of the shopping centre.

Withdraw or deposit cash

An Otto deposit ATM is located in the centre of Kaari on the 1st floor, under the escalators.

Mailboxes for outgoing 1st and 2nd class mail are located outside Kaari’s main entrance. Stamps can be purchased at Prisma, R-kioski and Suomalainen Kirjakauppa.

Prisma online store pick-up lockers are located along the checkout corridor next to the information desk.

A Posti parcel locker can be found on level -1 in the parking garage, in the Kannelaula area.

Pakettipiste parcel locker includes Matkahuolto, PostNord and DHL Express packages. It is located next to the Laulukuja entrance, next to the restaurant area Kaaren Kulma.

Budbee Box is found on the 2nd floor opposite of the Finnfoto Gallery.

Matkahuolto parcel locker is located in the underground car park on the -1 floor just outside of the Kannelaula entrance. The locker is available 24/7.

Agora parcel locker can be found outside of Kaari’s main entrance in front of R-kioski. The locker is available 24/7.

Kaari is fully accessible. Visiting by car is easy too: from the accessible parking spaces in the underground car park, you can reach all floors via lifts. In addition, there are four wheelchairs available to borrow in the underground car park vestibules. Unfortunately, wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance.

Pets are welcome in Kaari’s public areas. Please check individual store policies directly. If needed, a pet park is available outside by the main entrance and operates with a 1 € coin deposit.

Children bring joy to Kaari – and they deserve the same in return. Welcome to play, eat and enjoy!

Baby care and playroom

The baby care and playroom is located on the 2nd floor. This cosy space offers plenty of activities, a microwave for heating food, a changing table and a child-sized toilet. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9.30–19.30, Sat–Sun 9.30–17.30.

Other play areas

Waiting for food is more fun in the playroom at Kaaren Kulma restaurant area. There are also play facilities in the 2nd floor atrium and next to Lindex.

Shopping trolleys for children

Little things make shopping easier. Near Prisma, you will find handy trolleys with baby seats. For slightly older children, the highlight is riding around in car-shaped trolleys.

Bottle returns

Kaari’s bottle return station is located on the 1st floor between Musti ja Mirri and Prisma’s information desk. The station is open according to Prisma’s opening hours.

RINKI eco-station

Next to the ABC service station in Kaari’s yard, you will find a RINKI eco-station for sorting household recyclable waste: glass, paper, plastic, cardboard, small metal, and clothes.

Clothing collection boxes

UFF

UFF second had stores accept usable clothes, home textiles, accessories, bags, shoes, and toys. The collection box is located on the 1st floor next to Laulukuja exit.

iCare

iCare stores accept intact, clean, and re-sellable items such as clothes, home textiles, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry. The collection box is located on the 1st floor next to the Laulukuja exit.

Emmy

Selling used clothes through the Emmy service has been made as easy as possible. Deliver your clothes to the collection box – Emmy handles everything else from pricing to shipping orders. The collection point is located on the -1st floor in Kannelaula.

HSY

Dry, unusable clothes and home textiles are suitable for waste textile collection. HSY’s waste textile collection point is located on the -1st floor in Kannelaula.

Battery recycling

Used batteries can be recycled at stores that sell batteries, such as Clas Ohlson, Jysk, Gigantti, Tokmanni and Prisma.

Electronics recycling

Waste electrical and electronic equipment (all devices that require electricity, a battery, or solar energy to operate) can be recycled at Prisma (small electronics only) or Gigantti (also home appliances and secure data disposal).

From Liizi.fi rental’s online service you can find, for example, leisure and camping equipment, children’s beds and strollers, as well as washers and tools. Rent conveniently online and pick up the product at Liizi pick-up point located on the 1st floor next to Laulukuja entrance.
