Arrival and parking

Getting to Kaari is easy, no matter how or where you are coming from. Located at the junction of ring road Kehä I and Hämeenlinnanväylä, Kaari is a dream destination for drivers. 1700 parking spaces and parking free of charge up to 3 hours. Bus stops are conveniently situated right next to the shopping centre.

Arriving by car

Kaari is conveniently located at the junction of ring road Kehä I and Hämeenlinnanväylä. Exit Kehä I at the Kannelmäki junction and follow the signs to Kannelmäki and Kaari. From Hämeenlinnanväylä, take the ramp onto Kehä I westbound, then take the first exit to Kannelmäki after which you will already see Kaari.

Parking at Kaari

Parking 3 hours free of charge

Kaari offers plenty of parking space, with capacity for up to 1,700 cars. Parking is free of charge for the first 3 hours.

In Kaari’s underground car park and rooftop car park automatic license plate recognition is in use. This means you don’t need to do anything when entering. If your parking time is less than three hours you can simply drive out. If parking exceeds 3 hours, the fee is 0,50 € per 30 minutes, and payment can be made at the payment machines or via Aimo app.

In the outdoor car parks, the permitted parking time is three hours with a parking disc. Parking enforcement is handled by Aimo Park.

Electric and low-emission vehicles

For electric vehicles Kaari offers charging points by two different providers. The underground car park features 12 ABC high-power charging stations and 25 PlugIt standard charging points.

Prisma Drive-In pickup point

Online purchases made from Prisma can be collected from the pickup point located next to Prisma garden checkout area or from the drive-in pickup lane.

Access to the pickup point and drive-in lane is via Laulukuja. The pickup point can also be reached directly by elevator from the parking garage.

Service traffic and deliveries

Access to the service bays is via Laulukuja. Service bays A and B are used by Kaari’s specialty stores. Service bay C is used by Gigantti and Jysk.

Access to the loading docks is via Kantelettarentie. Dock D is used by Prisma, and Dock E is used by Tokmanni.

By bicycle or city bike

Bicycles

Kaari is surrounded by an excellent cycling path network. A covered bicycle park is located in front of Kaari’s main entrance. Bicycle racks can be found at all ground floor entrances.

City bikes

You can also arrive on a city bike or borrow one when leaving. The city bike station is located near the main entrance and is available from April to October.

By public transport

Buses

Bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity of Kaari. More detailed directions, routes and stop locations can be found in HSL Journey Planner. Travel cards can be topped up at Prisma information service desk and at R-kioski.

Trains P and I

Get off at Kannelmäki or Pohjois-Haaga stations, from where its is approximately 1 km to Kaari on foot, by bike, scooter or bus.

Taxi stand

Kaari’s taxi stand is located to the left when exiting through the main doors. If you have larger purchases, a designated parking space for taxis is available near the entrance to the underground car park. Accessible taxis operate in front of R-kioski.
