4. PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER/PERSONAL DATA

 

The basis for the processing of personal data collected from data subjects is the customer relationship between Kaari customers and Kaari, and the customers' consent or other material connection.

 

 

 

Personal data is collected, processed and used by Kaari for the purposes of managing the customer relationship, providing and maintaining services, direct marketing and contacting customers.

 

In addition, the data will be used for the development of Kaari's services.

 

 

Kaari uses designated subcontractors acting on behalf of Kaari for the technical and practical implementation of personal data processing tasks.

 

 

5. DATA CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER

 

The register contains the following personal data necessary for maintaining the customer relationship:

basic personal information received via the feedback form and newsletter subscriptions: first and last name and email address.

 

 

6. REGULAR SOURCES OF CUSTOMER DATA

 

The data in the register is obtained from the customer, with the customer's consent and in the context of the customer relationship.

 

 

7. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

 

Personal data contained in the register will not be disclosed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Personal data may be disclosed to Kaari's selected partners within the limits of the Personal Data Act.

 

 

8. RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS WHOSE DATA IS CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER

 

Every customer has the right to check the information stored in the register concerning them.

The person can check the data contained in the register pertaining to them by submitting a hand-signed written request for inspection of the register data to the register administrator (section 2.).

The data will be sent in writing by post to the address indicated in the request for inspection.

 

Personal data can be checked free of charge once in a calendar year.

 

If there are errors in the data registered, the data subject may submit a request for rectification to the person responsible for the register (mentioned in section 2).

 

 

 

Every customer has the right to object to the controller processing data concerning that customer for purposes such as direct marketing, market research and opinion polling.

 

In matters related to such prohibitions, the data subject can contact the person responsible for the register at the postal address indicated in section 1.

 

 

9. PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER, AND STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF DATA

 

Any personal data received through feedback will be deleted from Kaari email accounts as soon as the feedback has been processed.

Forms for joining mailing lists, entering competitions and other documents that are manually processed and contain personal data will be destroyed in an appropriate manner after processing.

 

 

 

Electronic register: Kaari's customer records are stored electronically and properly protected with external firewalls and other technical protection measures.

 

Only designated employees of Kiinteistö Oy Kannelmäen Kauppakeskus and representatives of its partners have the right to process the information contained in the customer register.

 

They are bound by confidentiality.
